As these types of places don't consider proper cleanliness and service to have any importance, and would never offer a discount or refund, you should remember to bring your own cleaning supplies or request some at check in, your room will be dirty and you will need to clean it yourself before sleeping there. Just book somewhere else, trust me.

The staff were friendly and attentive (they even called us to notify us we'd forgotten a minor item and held it for us). The rooms are well insulated (couldn't hear the neighbors). 24 hour front desk presence. Conveniently located in one of Taipei's more enjoyable areas.
