Arrived at 3:55pm, When the receptionist makes you stand there for 3 minutes while she checks her watch until 4pm. That was a pretty good indication of the service level of the hotel. As these types of places don't consider proper cleanliness and service to have any importance, and would never offer a discount or refund, you should remember to bring your own cleaning supplies or request some at check in, your room will be dirty and you will need to clean it yourself before sleeping there. Just book somewhere else, trust me.

The staff were friendly and attentive (they even called us to notify us we'd forgotten a minor item and held it for us). The rooms are well insulated (couldn't hear the neighbors). 24 hour front desk presence. Conveniently located in one of Taipei's more enjoyable areas.

It is a convenient hotel, location near 迪化街, the front desk staff is friendly, very recommended.

Everything is near location was so great

The location is ok, 15 minutes from the night market, Great bar around the corner, not too far from the train station 20 minute walk. The room was clean, The bed is a bit firm for me, The lady on arrival was friendly
